Terms of Service

1. Provider

The Dashio app (the “App”) is provided by Smartklik, računalniško programiranje in svetovanje, Marko Lovrić s.p., Goriče 30, 4204 Golnik, Slovenia, company reg. no. 7508417000, VAT ID 91312434 (the “Provider”).

2. Service

Dashio is an iPhone dash-cam app with loop recording, GPS HUD, parking guard, and related features. Most data is processed and stored locally on your device.

3. Access and licences

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store. Purchases and unlocks are also subject to Apple’s terms. A one-time (non-consumable) unlock enables premium features for the Apple ID used for the purchase.

4. Trial

The App may offer a 7-day full-access trial. After the trial, some premium features may require a one-time unlock. Core recording features may remain available without purchase, as described in the App.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for lawful use of the App and traffic rules. The Provider is not liable for your misuse of the App.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect GPS accuracy, or that recordings will always be suitable as evidence. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

Dashio’s name, design, and software are owned by the Provider or used under licence.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page.

9. Governing law

Governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
